David Thomas is a visionary leader and industry stalwart with an impressive career spanning 17 years in building automation, energy consulting, and strategic business development. As the esteemed President of our company, David brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to the forefront.
Ronnie Cordova is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in DDC systems. Throughout his illustrious career, Ronnie has become a trusted authority in the field, specializing in the installation, programming, and graphics of Automated Logic systems, where he has dedicated a decade of his career honing his skills.
From design to implementation we engineer our projects in-house to provide industry leading standards and solutions. Our customers end their project with a better understanding of their systems and documentation to support long-term operations including available energy audits and tracking.
With decades of combined experience, our staff implements custom tailored solutions that are specific to your needs. This includes Lighting, HVAC, and Security programming for a multitude of brands and program languages. Using our Tridium technology allows us to provide open systems that can allow access to previous proprietary systems or provide a one system solution. Our team carries the most diverse background in networking and has performed integrations on every type of system.
Every building is unique, so we understand the clarity of your system and ease of use is always top priority. We use custom designed images and 3D renderings so that the end user can quickly identify issues or needs for service. This equates to less operational time and more efficiency for you or your staff.
If your building is not meeting its energy goals or under performing your tenants’ standards, we can help! This service assists other third-party companies performing audits during projects and or defining clear scopes for your building. We create custom reports that clearly define inefficiencies AND how to correct them.
UNM Health
Utilized multiple integrations with various product vendors to provide a simple platform for the end user. This multi-site campus includes ALC, Honeywell, Carrier, and Alerton to maintain its day-to-day operations. We provided upgrades to outdated systems to provide optimal control of the customers’ spaces while working around critical spaces that hold their own challenges.
4900 Lang
Complete overhaul of existing system including new VAV, Air Handler, and Boiler System controls. We assisted in programming, energy management, and graphical user interface to provide a low maintenance environment to the customer.
SASI Schools
Provided turnkey building automation system that included 3 schools (K-12). The system consisted of Evaporative coolers, Air Handlers, VAVs, Hot water systems, and provided a simple user interface that the staff can utilize daily.
